Why can't we give you a quote over the phone? Well, besides being unethical, it's impossible to pinpoint the exact treatment you need through a phone call. During your assessment, we take the time to understand your concerns, medical history, fears, and desires. Only after a thorough evaluation of your mouth, teeth, gums, bones, joints, and facial muscles, along with necessary X-rays, can we provide you with a personalized treatment plan and an indicative budget. If there are alternatives, we'll explain the advantages of each, letting you choose what suits your reality.

2. What are the payment options and accepted insurances?

Payments can be made with cards or cash. If you need to split the treatment cost, we collaborate with a Credit Mediator who can assist. Regarding insurances, check your insurer's website for a list of approved clinics. If Pura Dental Studio is on that list, rest assured your budget aligns with your insurance's rates. Some of the insurances and agreements we accept include AdvanceCare, Allianz, Metlife, and Cheque Dentista.

Pay attention to signs like toothache, sensitivity to hot or cold, facial pain upon waking, bleeding gums, food getting stuck between teeth, or bad breath. If you experience any of these, schedule a consultation promptly.

7. What's the best way to prevent tooth decay and gum diseases?

Your dentist and you should be a team in preventing oral health issues. Have a trusted dentist who can tailor a prevention plan based on your dietary habits, age, any chronic illnesses, or medications you take. Additionally:

- Home care: Maintain a balanced diet, including vegetables, raw fruits, and nuts. Minimize refined sugar and acidic foods. Stay hydrated to balance mouth pH.
- Proper oral hygiene: Brush your teeth at least twice a day. If you eat more than three times a day, increase your brushing frequency. Don't forget to floss, and your dentist will teach you the proper technique.
